Meet the man who has done 300 paintings with no hands!

1Dhaval Khatri is a man with no hands. Yet, he has 300 paintings to his credit.  He lost his hands when he got electrocuted while flying a kite in his hometown of Isanpur, Ahmedabad. With both hands amputated at the age of 14, he was not allowed to attend his school. Later he took admission in another school and also completed his graduation.  The surprising fact is, he wrote all his exams by himself.
While recovering in the hospital, his mother made him practice holding a pencil and writing with it. After spending gruelling six months on it, he finally started sketching and painting. And since then, there has been no looking back. He has done over 300 paintings and sketches, which you can never guess are done by someone with no hands.
Other than this, he is an avid reader, he has learnt to play the guitar and likes playing football and cricket. He is inspired by Mahatma Gandhi, Amitabh Bachchan and Mahendra Singh Dhoni. He has appeared on a few TV shows and does live shows as well.
As of today, he has a website of his own. It shows all his paintings and sketches. He also accepts orders from all over the world. His mantra in life is, “Mat kar yakeen apne haatho ki lakeero pe….naseeb unke bhi hote hai jinke haath nahi hote!”
